What you need at home
Ordinary things, most of which you own, and a Larder, the staples a cupboard holds. Work out your own total
Books
You buy them and you set the budget when you apply. $0 is a valid budget. Free and library copies count. Print is strongly preferred, an online text is accepted as a last resort, and audiobooks are not.
Days past the limit
Only if you ask. $1.50 a day, or $5 with the Governor.

Before Commencement, ask in the app or by emailing support with the email you applied with. When Greywell stops working you choose between the lost days added at no cost and leaving with the unused part refunded.

The promise

Your fee is fully refundable at any point before your Term commences — for any reason, without explanation, including simply deciding it is not for you. One line to [email protected] is enough. Refunds are actioned promptly and confirmed in writing.

Once a Term has begun the fee is not refunded, with 4 exceptions.

Greywell stops working for 24 hours or more
You choose. The lost days are added at no cost, or you leave and the unused days come back.
You leave under Safe Conduct, for your safety, your health, a death or your family
The unused days come back. Nobody asks for proof.
The Governor offers you the way out

Greywell's silence is Greywell's failure, and it is paid for. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
