The final charge depends on route, duration, and any approved partner role. Intake does not charge a fee. Accepted applicants receive the confirmed amount before entering active service.

Partner access is never automatic. It requires applicant nomination, an applicant-permitted role boundary, separate partner consent, Governor approval, and role-specific activation. DNS and License Period fees depend on tier and Term duration. Fees are not a promise of admission, review outcome, or partner approval.
